I · Identify

For 30 years, fixing broken systems was my job.

I'm Rob Sanders. Thirty years as a systems architect in high-tech engineering, at companies like ASML, Philips Medical and Océ. I've sat in the rooms where complex systems got designed, debugged and shipped. I was the one they called when something broke.

But the system that caused me the most trouble wasn't made of hardware or code. It was my own head. For most of my career, I was one of the smartest people in the room who said the least.

That's why I trained as an NLP Master Trainer and became a certified Neuroencoding Specialist. Not because it was interesting. Because I needed it.

L · Logic and reason

You already know how systems work.

Every result is produced by a system. If the output is wrong, you don't blame the output. You look at the code that produces it.
Code that was written years ago, for a situation that no longer exists, keeps running until someone rewrites it.
And reading the documentation doesn't change the code. You have to go in and change it.

You agree with all of that. You apply it every working day.

Quick check: on a scale of 1 to 10, how much do you trust yourself to do what you say? Remember that number.

A · Attack and confess

So why don't you apply it to yourself?

Be honest for a moment.

  • You overthink decisions that should take five minutes.
  • You postpone the things that matter most to you.
  • You got the promotion, the project, the praise, and you still wonder when they'll find out.
  • You finish something big and move straight on. No pause. No satisfaction.
  • By 3 pm your energy is gone, and coffee doesn't fix it anymore.
  • You've read the books. You know what you "should" do. And you still don't do it.

You debug everything, except the system producing these results. That's not bad luck. That's a choice you keep making by not looking.

I know, because I did exactly the same. For years. I was my own bottleneck: technically excellent, internally constrained. Not because I lacked ability, but because nobody taught me to look at the system inside my own head. And nobody who ever achieved something that mattered to them got around this step.

The blueprint and the step-by-step plan

This is exactly what you get

5 modules, 15 short video lessons, 5 worksheets. One new module every Sunday, starting 1 November. Every module stays available.

✓

Week 1: Integrity. Run the Power Cycle

Opens Sunday 1 November

  • You learn the Power Cycle: integrity is the certainty that you do what you say. Keep your word, feel certain, feel powerful.
  • You rate your self-trust today (1 to 10) and find a moment you already showed integrity.
  • You pick 3 people with integrity, write down their qualities and "flip the script": you claim them as your own.
  • You write your I-am statements by hand and say them out loud until your brain believes them.
  • You leave imposter syndrome and "could have, should have, would have" behind.
✓

Week 2: Tenacity. Fill your Loading Bar

Opens Sunday 8 November

  • You discover the two sides of tenacity: determination and persistence.
  • You find proof that you already have tenacity, and where your passion lives.
  • You create your personal Power Move: a physical trigger that switches you into action.
  • You make your accomplishment dump: everything you have ever achieved, big and small.
  • You see the research on praise and pick ONE thing to praise yourself for every day.
✓

Week 3: Energy. Open your Hard Drive

Opens Sunday 15 November

  • You rate your energy and question the belief that it has to drop with age.
  • You learn why your body works like an electrical system, and why movement charges your battery.
  • You move 3 to 5 minutes every hour, before you feel depleted.
  • You drop the snooze button and start every day with a full glass of water.
  • You commit to your personal energy plan.
✓

Week 4: Kindness. Install your EOS, your Esteem Operating System

Opens Sunday 22 November

  • You learn why how you treat yourself and how you treat others are connected.
  • You rewire your brain by remembering acts of kindness you gave.
  • You create your personal menu of kindness, with a reward that makes it stick.
  • You turn your inner critic into a coach.
  • You audit the kindness killers around you and decide how much they may affect you.
✓

Week 5: Joy. Discover your Primary Function

Opens Sunday 29 November

  • You discover the two types of joy: joy in the moment, and joy as your default.
  • You write down everything you want in 5 areas of life, give every goal a due date and choose your top 3.
  • You learn the difference between a dream and a vision.
  • You apply "See it, Say it, Move it, Praise it" and connect your goals to your Primary Function.
  • Wrap-up: you put all 5 modules together into your new operating system.

Is this for you?

This is for you if:

  • You think a lot, and sometimes too much.
  • You're good at your job but hard on yourself.
  • You want practical tools, not vague motivation.
  • You're willing to spend 20 to 30 minutes a day on exercises for 5 weeks.

This is not for you if:

  • You're looking for a quick fix without doing the exercises.
  • You want therapy. This course is training, not treatment.
  • You're not willing to write things down by hand. (Really. It matters.)
